Jessica has completed Level 1 of Life Span Integration Training and uses it as one of her therapeutic modalities for treating and healing trauma. (CBT) holds the belief that in order to obtain change, human behavior must first be understood. This approach is used to guide individuals to learn new strategies so that a more desired behavior can be developed and is based on the concept that the way people see themselves and the world influences how they feel and behave. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy is goal-oriented, and holds the notion that exceptions to the problem must be explored to uncover the desired solution.

Jessica is contracted with a variety of Employee Assistance Programs, Insurance programs, and also provides therapy for the YWCA. Telehealth services are also provided to Idaho and Washington residents.
